Dr. Rajesh Kumar is a distinguished expert in cyber crime investigation and digital forensics with nearly 15 years of professional experience. He is presently based at the Digital Investigation Lab, Cyber Crime & Security Unit, Bihar, Patna. He has played a key role in establishing critical forensic initiatives, including the State Cyber Crime Cell and the Cyber Forensic Lab at the State Forensic Science Laboratory (FSL). Dr. Kumar has investigated over 1,200 cyber crime cases and examined more than 8,500 electronic exhibits at the FSL. He has trained over 15,000 police officers, 1,500 judges, prosecutors, jail superintendents, probation officers, and jail wardens. He holds a Ph.D. in Cyber Crime & Digital Forensic from Chanakya National Law University, Patna and is certified as a Cyber Crime Investigator and Cyber Forensic Professional. He has delivered cyber security awareness sessions at institutions, banks, universities, and schools. Awards & Recognition: Recipient of the prestigious "Cyber Cop Award" in 2019 from the National Police Group, New Delhi.
